Blends Brainspotting for deep, subconscious processing and breakthroughs
Supports healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and long-standing emotional patterns
Weekly therapy blends Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills, and Attachment-based approaches to support individuals, couples, and families. This integrated process helps clients heal from trauma, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and build healthier relationship patterns. I adapt the structure of sessions collaboratively, depending on your goals, history, and capacity.
In weekly therapy, Brainspotting can be combined with DBT Skills and attachment work to promote deep healing and expansion. Adults may alternate between Brainspotting and DBT Skills week to week, while couples and families may engage in a mix of conjoint Brainspotting sessions, parent-child work, and parent coaching designed to support behavior change across the whole system.

A standout aspect was the care and preparation that went into each supervision session. Rachel showed me what "doing your homework" can do not only for supervisees and clients; but overall professional and personal development. It's something I will take from this experience to help me become the best possible therapist I can be.
Lance Jacobs, APCC,
Former Supervisee
I love the way she sees the relationship between what we as therapists bring to the therapeutic process while keeping the clients needs front and center. I take copious notes when I'm in Supervision sessions with Rachel and find myself often pulling up content she's shared with me when I'm with clients.
